Ever wanted to learn about the wild, edible foods that grow around the city that can help us on our journey to mind, body and soul wellness?
Join Bekah from Earthchild Remedies on Sunday 7th April at South Norwood Country Park, to meet new springtime plant friends, meditate under the trees, learn how to make your own herbal remedy and enjoy a herbal tea ceremony.
The day will consist of:
A grounding outdoor meditation and breathe work practice before the walk.
An introduction to the medicinal and edible plants that grow abundantly during spring. Learning how to identify them and incorporate into your life.
A meditative tea tasting practice to get to know the energetics and personality of a chosen plant found on the walk.
A herbal remedy making workshop

As the name suggests, this is a safe space for Black/Mixed Race cis and trans women and non-binary people of Black African and / or Caribbean descent who are comfortable in a space that centres the experiences of Black women. We are not a BAME, POC, BIPOC, WOC, Politically Black or Ally organisation.
