A lot of route is flat. Some steep hills and some uneven and possibly muddy paths through the woods. Small section is along the side of road with very narrow pavement. Toilets at starting/finishing point (30p) and halfway at cafe at Kinghorn Loch. Circular route. Leaving Burntisland, we pass through woodland next to the Binn and along to Kinghorn Loch. We'll have a break there and return. Approx 2.5 hours including break. Boots or good trainers with a tread are ok. Bring your lunch and water.
