A lot of route is flat. Some steep hills and some uneven and possibly muddy paths through the woods. Small section is along the side of road with very narrow pavement. Toilets at starting/finishing point. Circular route. We'll have a break and return. Approx 3 hours including break. Boots or good trainers with a tread are ok. Bring your lunch and water.
